The Marshfairies have just experienced their first tornado.
We are so looked after, the tornado took a detour around our house but did loads of damage to the houses and gardens close by.
I was in the chicken pen at the time as we had just had a big storm and I wanted to make sure they were alright. The noise of the wind got louder and louder and me and the chickens had leaves and debris blown at us at high speed but none of us were hurt and as soon as the wind dropped the chickens ran outside to collect all the tasty titbits that the wind had left behind hehehe!
The Marshfairies all went to the aid of people around us, helping to make their houses watertight and collect debris from the road.
We were delighted to see so many people helping each other and are so glad that nobody was hurt, property can be mended or replaced.

The Marshfairies Dolls House
The Marshfairies have finally got round to playing with their dolls house and would like to share it with all you fairy and dolls house lovers out there.
The first room that we have decorated is the Blue Bedroom. We have designed and made the wallpaper, flooring and mural panels.
We have added a couple of false windows with nets to give them that realistic look and the furniture and bedding has also been handmade or hand painted by the marshfairies (we have been having fun teehee!)
we hope you like them.
There is still a lot of work to do, we have lights and a pretty ceiling to add and of course the coving and skirting boards. We will keep you updated as we go along.
Don't forget we have a gallery for all our club members photos, we would love to see yours.
Dolls houses, crafts and fairies go hand in hand in the magical world of imagination.
All a dolls house takes is imagination, allowing yourself to see what it is that needs going where, moving things around and PLAYING! Imagination is not something that everyone has, we lose it as we get older and get bogged down with the everyday HAVE TO's of life. But a dolls house releases us from the have to's and gives a place of freedom to just be who we want to be, to play how we want to play.
Being creative gives us a freedom from the world of conventionality to a world where anything is possible, a world where we can create those things that we see in our minds and turn them into reality.
We create worlds in our minds, the lives of the people that live in this home, the way that the family lives, loves and plays. A place that is safe and happy, a place where you have what you need and want.
Watch a child with a dolls house and listen to the story that unfolds as they play, their imagination stretches and bends to suit what they have and they turn everyday scraps of nothing into a glorious array of props to suit their needs.
THIS is imagination, allowing yourself to reach beyond that which you have been told is the proper way of thinking, expanding past the conditioning of what an item has been designated to be used for, giving it an alternative purpose an alternate reason for being.
We believe that we HAVE TO! that we must do that which our conditioning tells us to! We are told how to think, how to act, what to believe!
But this way of life is changing, people are seeing beyond the conditioning to a reality far greater than the every day monotony that we are told is life.
THIS IS NOT LIFE, THIS IS EXISTING!
To LIVE is to move beyond that conditioning to KNOW what we are feeling and to KNOW that we do not HAVE TO but actually CHOOSE TO!
To KNOW that you CHOOSE to rather than HAVE to means that you can begin to start to live, rather than just exist.
To KNOW that our life is this way because it is our CHOICE and that we CAN change that when we CHOOSE to means that we can no longer blame anything or anybody for things not being as we would like. This in turn means that we can see further into ourself and KNOW that the choices we make we do so because this is where we FEEL we need to be at this time.
We live in a throw away society, where things are thrown away simply because our tastes change. If we each simply give to another rather than destroy, then the things that we would like will in turn be given as its owners taste changes as well.
The meaning of life is to live and to KNOW that you live. So rather than exist, wake up and know the choices you have made and that these choices have brought you to this now, this now where you LIVE!
Rejoice in this now for it is within this now that you have found your truth, it is in this now that you will find your purpose and it is in this now that you are about to LIVE!
